Our story

2023
Company foundation

InnovaTeQ was initially operating as a contractor and expert partner in performance engineering and observability. From the beginning, the long‑term goal was not traditional consulting, but building an education‑ and research‑oriented company.

2024
A Shift in Focus

Through observability workshops, consulting, and hands-on problem solving, we discovered a common need: organizations needed capability, not just answers.

Early 2025
First trainings

We launched our first structured workshops, primarily around observability alongside consulting and performance analysis services.

Mid 2025
Shift to education

We shifted our focus on education first with the goal was to teach technological concepts in an implementable, storytelling‑based way, adapted to roles rather than technologies.

Late 2025
E‑learning platform 

We launched our international e‑learning platform with a set of foundational courses, making learning accessible across teams and locations.

2026
Scaling the model

The focus moved to refining proven workshop formats into structured corporate training programmes, expanding partnerships, and scaling capability‑building across organisations.
