Ádám has been working on enterprise IT systems for over 12 years, especially performance modeling, performance engineering and observability. During his career, he has gained recognition at international companies such as EPAM, Vodafone and Dynatrace.
As the founder of the InnovaTeQ platform, he is both an expert and a business leader, aiming to ensure quality, transparency and professional development. As a dedicated trainer, he has been helping the professional community develop through workshops and trainings for years.
Ádám’s systems approach, practical experience and results-oriented approach in the field of performance engineering and observability make him one of the most trusted experts in the field.

Dávid is an IT leader with over 15 years of experience, successfully managing complex IT projects in both international and domestic environments. He previously held roles such as Head of IT Operations and EMEA Support Manager, so he has in-depth experience in the areas of IT operations, DevOps implementation and performance management.
